MOTION FOR APPEAL

        Now into Court comes defendant herein, through undersigned counsel and on suggesting to the Court that the record herein shows error to his prejudice and that he is desirous to appeal to the ***** Circuit Court of Appeal of the State of Louisiana and that the Louisiana Appellate Project [*****, Regional Supervisor, *****, *****, LA *****] be appointed to appeal this case, pursuant to R.S. pursuant to R.S. 15:141 et seq., particularly R.S. 15:147 and R.S. 15:164 (as amended by 2007 Acts 305, effective August 15, 2007) and Rule XXXI of the Louisiana Supreme Court.
