LUNCH: Lunch will be provided with the program. 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Criminal defense attorneys whose work includes appellate representation, including writ practice, and those wanting to learn more about the appellate process.  While certainly trial attorneys are welcome, the thrust of this seminar deals with appellate work.  Given this orientation, NO PROSECUTORS WILL BE ADMITTED.
